Sale Pending-I will hold a puppy for 4 days after a committment has been made for the deposit to arrive. If deposit has not arrived by the 4th day and I have another party interested, the puppy will be sold to the other party.

Sold-I either have money put down for a deposit or puppy is paid for in full.

Reserved-I have the puppy on hold to evaluate for my breeding program. Inquire if interested in a reserved puppy as it "might" be for sale in time.

We travel quite a bit so if don't live close please ask about possible meeting with a pup. I do go to Pilot Point and Fort Worth, Texas quite a bit and can meet with you with your new puppy. If you want to come to see a pup visitors are always welcome. We do travel other directions and have friends that travel too.

$300 non refundable deposit is required to hold your puppy. Puppy must be paid in full by 6 weeks of age if its being shipped. Arrangements of balance for a puppy picked up will be made by the buyer and Cheryl at time of pick up or before. No Personal checks will be accepted unless talked about in advance.

Health guarantee comes with all puppies. Puppy must be seen for a complete exam by a licsensed vet within 48 hours of bringing the puppy home excluding the weekend. He/She will have vacines and worming that can be done for the age of the pup. If puppy is unhealthy a written statement from the vet is required. A refund will be given for the puppy. This does not include worms as the puppies will have been wormed but that does not garantee he/she will be free of worms by the time you take your new puppy home. This guarantee applies to all puppies bred and raised by Cheryls Lil Aussies.  

A refund for the amount of purchase price of the puppy does not include any shipping charges or vet bills. 

My adult dogs are all health clearance tested for eyes and hips. The offspring of my dogs come with the health guarantee as follows. He/She comes with a two year guarantee against defects on breeding/show quality pups. No guarantees on pet placement puppies. A replacement puppy of the same sex/color if the puppy does not pass his/her hip/eye exam. Any other genetic defect is at breeders discrestion. A claim of defect must be in writing of this defect from a licensed vet also. Shipping of puppy back for a trade of new puppy is at buyers expense plus shipping of new puppy. This guarantee apply to puppies bred and raised by Cheryls Lil Aussies. This guarantee only applies with the first time buyer. If pup/dog is sold to another party the gaurantee is void on that pup/dog.

If puppy is physically injured in any way by buyer upon receiving the puppy all guarantees are forfeited!!!!! Buyer is responsible that their puppy will not be hurt, dropped, stepped on or injured in anyway.

All guarantees ONLY apply to the first owner. If you purchase one of my pups from someone other than me then there are NO guarantees from me that come with this pup. I have no control of what happens to the pup when it has been traded or sold to other parties. Do not contact me if something is wrong with your puppy. If you buy one of my pups from another breeder you should have asked on the front end of the gaurantees from them not me.

There is no guarantee on size of your new puppy. We as breeders have an idea of how big they will get but that don't always mean that is where they will grow to or stop at by the time they are fully grown.  

I offer shipping within the United States at the buyers expense and puppies must be at least 8 weeks of age or older depending on the individual puppy. Shipping is $300-$350 for a pup.
